ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING?

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. Children are invited during the ceremony and cocktail hour. However, this will be an adults-only reception. Please inform us first if you are planning to bring your children so we can plan accordingly and accommodate any requests you might have. We appreciate your understanding of this adults-only celebration and thank you for making arrangements for their care at home. Reminder, if have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

You know us well, we don’t do tradition. When it comes to wedding gifts, we have a proposition. There’s nothing we’d love more than to make memories that last forever. We’d love donations to help us plan the best honeymoon vacation ever!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive no later than 4:00 pm as it takes a few minutes to find your way to the ceremony area. Have a seat and enjoy a refreshment. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm, please anticipate any traffic and arrive on-time.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURNING THE CEREMONY?

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?

Yes, after the ceremony is over, you will grab a drink and walk right over to the reception area for cocktail hour.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

YES, Come join the bride and groom for an after-party in their hotel bar!! Please come as you are or get comfy & cute, it will be held at Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway 375 Mt Hope Ave, Rockaway, NJ 07866

IS THERE FREE PARKING?

Yes, there is ample free parking at the venue!

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Free Food Come HUNGRY!! - cocktail hour will feature passed hors d'oeuvres and several stations, followed by 3 course sit-down dinner, a selection of cuisine will be presented to delight your taste buds, and an extensive dessert bar. Be sure to enjoy the open bar and signature drinks all night long. 💛

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY/ALLERGEN CONCERNS?

Please let me know by August 13, 2024 if there are any dietary restrictions, so I can prepare accordingly. You may email the bride and groom or call.

WILL WE BE OUTDOORS/WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors (weather permitting). Additionally, guests will have access to the outdoor seating on the patio downstairs behind the barn throughout the evening if you need some fresh air between songs. Historically, the temperature in Andover Township NJ on 11/11 is in the mid-50's with the later evening dipping to the low 30s, so you may want to bring a light jacket for when you are leaving.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is formal - think long dresses, elegant jumpsuits, and more sophisticated cocktail dresses for women and full suits for men. Please do NOT wear white (obviously lol). This should go without saying, but khakis and sneakers are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!

WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking link and special rates, on our website's "Accommodations" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?

Please RSVP via this site by 9/10.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND POST THEM TO SOCIAL MEDIA?

Absolutely! We will ask that you do not take any photos/videos during the ceremony as we will not be permitting cell phones, but feel free to share anything afterwards!
